Alexia LaFata is the Senior SEO Manager for Vox Media, an independent media company home to Vox, New York Magazine, The Verge, The Cut, Eater, Vulture, and more. She began her journalism career as Senior Sex & Dating Editor at Elite Daily and then in 2017 joined New York Magazine as SEO Editor, where she used her SEO knowledge to influence story creation and optimization in the newsroom as well as to find growth opportunities within search. Now she leads editorial and product SEO strategy across all Vox Media brands. She's also working on a novel, represented by Taj McCoy at Rees Literary Agency.
